Melbourne, Australia Plaza Premium Lounge Full time

_Job Description - Lounge Supervisor: _
- Lead the Service, F&B and Cleaning teams to operate the Lounge_
- Provide excellent service standards to guests of Plaza Premium Group locations as per port and outlet_
- of employment_
- Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our Guests consistently_
- Handle administration duties include staff roster and duty assignments_
- Prepare various business reports and participate in ad-hoc assignments_
- Ensure all sections are well prepared and monitored at all times_
- Ensure all lounge/outlet, back of house and public areas are maintained to specify levels of cleanliness,_
- maintenance and presentation and to instigate appropriate action where necessary_
- Conduct daily briefing and staff duty delegation_
- Contribute to a safe working environment ensuring all staff are properly trained in safe working_
- procedures_
- Undertake a busy and fast paced role with varied duties_
- Monitor and ensure quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness achieve total_
- customer satisfaction and meet company standards_
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve the_
- services, performance and safety_
- Co-organize and direct staff training programs with the training department, resolve personnel_
- problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance_
- Support orientation and training of new employees ensuring you are properly trained in safe working_
- practices, safety hazard identification and risk management_
- To attend training and meeting if required_
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner_
- Ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total_
- customer satisfaction and meet company standards_
- Maintain equipment inventories and inventory records_
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets_
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate a variety of services such as waste removal and pest control - Communicate clearly through daily management reports - Supervisors are expected to use considerable discretion in the performance of their duties_
- Work Location - Melbourne International Airport_

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3045: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
