**Your next career opportunity**
As a key member of the University of Melbourne Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, you'll spearhead the development of innovative professional development and education courses in Indigenous health and leadership. You'll have the opportunity to establish an eLearning business model, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive the creation of culturally appropriate, income-generating courses. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on Indigenous health education while working in a dynamic, Indigenous-led environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Develop Innovative Courses**: Design and implement a comprehensive suite of eLearning and in-person courses, ensuring alignment with Indigenous principles and industry demands.
- **Lead Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with academics, health professionals, and Indigenous community-controlled health sectors to ensure course relevance and cultural appropriateness.
- **Drive Business Growth**: Establish and lead a sustainable business model for course delivery, meeting revenue growth expectations set by the Centre Director.
- **Provide Strategic Leadership**: Demonstrate institutional-level leadership in Indigenous education, offering mentorship and influencing national initiatives in relevant areas.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong background in Indigenous education and health, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to develop innovative eLearning programmes while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

**You may also**:

- Have extensive experience in developing and delivering educational programmes, particularly in eLearning formats.
- Possess a deep understanding of Indigenous health issues and the higher education sector.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to establish sustainable revenue-generating models.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
- Show a commitment to Indigenous principles and values in education and health.
