**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to not only provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our Pepper Money family but also to provide administrative support to the wider Admin team.
- Reception duties including greeting and acting as first point of contact for visitors, preparing meeting rooms,
- Providing administrative related support which may include invoicing, travel booking and other ad-hoc responsibilities.

**About you**
- Able to prioritise multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and find solutions that make our workplace better and our people happy
- Experience with the Microsoft suite products.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment is advantageous where receptionist experience is even better
