**About the Company**

Our client strongly values passion, leadership, ownership, trust, and sustainability and is looking for an experienced Learning Designer to join their team who also holds these values highly.

**The Role**
To work with the education team to create engaging learning experiences for all roles within the business, ensuring that learning outcomes are met through the development of eLearning, workshops and learning activities. This role will design and create all learning materials as required for projects to support business initiatives, strategies, brand messaging and our client values, as well as play a part in the administration/maintenance of the LMS.

This permanent, full-time role in Richmond offers a hybrid work arrangement: four days in the office and one day from home. However, flexible and will work with 3:2.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build appropriate non-accredited programs, tools, and assessment strategies, including blending learning programs, online learning, and face to face workshops for employees
- Review existing training materials periodically to ensure they are complete, accurate, and align with business values
- Manage relationships and consult with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning programs
- Facilitate training in a face to face/workshop capacity where required
- Ensure that there is adequate data built into learning programs that captures completion, assessment outcomes and satisfaction levels of the learner

- Adult learning principles and contemporary L&D practices
- Understands capability frameworks
- Proficiency In Articulate 360 authoring tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (desired)
