Where the team fits in
- As a Product Designer in the Agency Marketplace tribe, you’ll create experiences that help sellers find the right agent and assist our customers in attracting new sellers and landlords. Our tribe oversees critical business experiences like customer profile pages, search agents and lead management for agents and agencies, generating business opportunities and delivering immense value to our users.

You'll collaborate with other Product, Design and Delivery teams across consumer and customer teams to understand user needs and business opportunities. Your aim will be to develop products and features that achieve product/market fit, grow our business, and delight users.

Working closely with Product and Engineering, you'll deliver first-class experiences aligned with Customer Marketplace objectives. You'll utilize your knowledge of user interface design, interaction, and research processes to validate design decisions and create intuitive and high quality experiences for different user types. Collaboration with developers will be key to ensuring the final product meets high standards.

- Understand business opportunities, user needs, competitive landscape, and technical constraints to deliver products to market that drive user satisfaction and business growth-
- Deliver world-class products and features for our users, leveraging methods such as ideating, user interface design, prototyping and getting stakeholders engaged and aligned with our solutions-
- Validate design solutions using qualitative and quantitative research techniques-
- Work with others to plan, prioritise and undertake 'just enough design' using a lean mindset to achieve goals and deliver on objectives-
- Deliver commercially feasible user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives-
- Present work and participate in providing feedback in regular design critiques to ensure consistency and quality outcomesWho we’re looking for- Someone with a few runs on the board, experience creating products using industry standard tools and best practice processes-
- Experience in creating user-centric designs that solve problems and provide delightful experiences-
- Proficiency in user interface design, interaction, and research processes-
- Excellent collaboration skills, is essential-
- A fundamental understanding of the development process-
- A proactive approach to identifying user needs and business opportunities is highly valued-
- Looks at tricky situations through a system focused lens-
