We’re searching for a driven HR and Payroll Coordinator for Sarens Australia, with its headquarters located in Brisbane. Your main focus is the weekly payroll administration which consists of 50 employees. Apart from that, the job includes the general HR administration and support with recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits tasks. You report into the Finance and Administration Manager.
- Your job as a HR and Payroll Coordinator in a nutshell:_
- Understand and execute the weekly payroll on the software Employment Hero
- Keep our personnel files on Microsoft Sharepoint up to date
- Read and interpret relevant EBA and other legislation to ensure we remain compliant
- Assist with the preparation of reporting and the preparation and follow-up of the annual HR budget
- Work closely together with the colleagues from Finance to properly allocate the costs of our staff and in case we receive questions from authorities or auditors
- Provide proactive and responsive customer service for all payroll and general HR queries
- Advice and support the management on HR topics
- Assist the business with the filling of vacancies with direct search or with external agencies

In this function you’ll report to the Finance & Administration Manager. You will work closely together with the Accounting team, the Country Manager and the HR Corporate Team, located in Belgium.
