**About the Role**

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the household and ensuring the needs of the owner and residents are consistently met. This includes supervising and managing daily chores, coordinating household staff, and organizing the family's schedule and home maintenance. You may also be asked to support residents with minor personal tasks, offer companionship, or coordinate with external care providers—so a background in support or care work is highly valued.

**Organization and multitasking** are key From overseeing food services and handling maintenance requests to addressing concerns from family members or staff, the House Manager is the cornerstone of a well-run home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations and household routines
- Schedule and supervise household maintenance and services
- Maintain household inventory and supplies
- Respond to resident and staff inquiries or concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with calendar management and event coordination
- Ensure the home is safe, well-organized, and welcoming at all times
- Occasionally assist with personal care or light support duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role (support work or care background is advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Discreet, reliable, and proactive
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Household or Care Management preferred

Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
