**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our expanding Support Coordination team on an ongoing, full-time basis at our North Geelong office - can be flexible in working 2 days in Footscray and 3 days in Barwon.

Your role will see you leading a team of support coordinators to provide high quality and individualised services or support to reach our participants best potential.

**Your duties will include**:

- Provide positive leadership to Support Coordination team.
- Identify and promote team development and growth.
- Ensure all team members are working within NDIS Practice Standards
- Promote best service delivery possible for all participants.

**Requirements**:

- Victorian Driver's License
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status (includes booster)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
