We are looking for an experienced Broker to provide professional development to one of our Victorian teams, whilst delivering key commercial outcomes to the business.

**About the Role**

Leading a team of 10 driven and dedicate professionals, this is an incredibly rewarding role that will also see you achieve great success in your own career.

Reporting to the Head of our Connect department, you will be managing a small portfolio of loyal and highly valued retail clients and well positioned to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes to the business.

Key responsibilities include,
- End to end portfolio management, including growth, retention and service delivery across existing and potential clients.
- Effectively lead, coach and develop a small team and assist them in achieving career goals and professional growth
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities and promote the Insurance House brand.
- Collaborate with other teams and business units within the Group by building strong professional relationships across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Observe all industry and company compliance requirements

**About You**

With strong knowledge across both commercial and retail insurance, you're passionate about collaborating with others and have demonstrated experience leading a team. We will value and reward your ability to lead through change and identify and unlock the potential in both your team and your clients. You demonstrate confidence, empathy and professionalism and are known for your ability to deliver in a fast paced environment.

You're a team player with great verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in helping your clients. With a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and strong product knowledge, you're excited about working with a collaborative team and well regarding brand.
