Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced HCM Program Master Scheduler / Planner to work with a large government project

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coach the stream leads and program team on scheduling leading practices to build a shared understanding of the tasks, timelines, deliverables, and milestones and build confidence in the program’s ability to deliver.
- Develop, monitor, and review the program schedule, including integrating activities, and identifying and managing interdependencies (within and outside the program) to ensure coordinated delivery of the program.
- Support the Program Delivery Director to drive the program team to deliver to the program schedule, ensuring the program remains on track and that the schedule always reflects the latest view of status.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for intervention and problem-solving with stream leads and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues relating to the schedule and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Analyse data to provide insightful reporting on the status and health of the schedule.
- Work with the PMO to advise on resource requirements and input to status reporting

**Essential criteria**:

- Depth of competence in schedule creation and management.
- Experience actively managing progress against the schedule and engaging with key stream leads to drive delivery to the plan.
- Experience working with multiple third-party vendors, ideally in a technology-enabled program.
