Point Cook, Australia Reliance Real Estate Full time

A position has become available to work alongside the Reliance HR Department in a Recruitment Coordinator position for a temporary full-time 4-month contract with a possibility of extension pending business requirements.

Based at the Reliance Head Office in Point Cook this role will report to the HR Advisor and will suit an individual with experience in end-to-end recruitment. Ideally, you will have internal recruitment experience, however, agency recruiters may be considered.

**_Duties may include, but not limited to:_**
- End to end recruitment of active positions
- Prepare all documentation and employment agreements for new starters
- Employment file recovery and compliance auditing
- Coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Assist in the preparation of position descriptions
- General HR administration duties including maintaining and updating HR documentation, and databases including templates, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
- Provide overall HR administration assistance and support to the Human Resources Advisor

- Experience in HR Coordinator and/or similar role, highly desirable
- Ability to understand processes and procedures quickly and efficiently
- Efficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives and deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously along with being part of a team in a cohesive and responsive manner
- Take initiative with problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Completion of a HR competency is highly desirable, not essential
