As part of the health care team at Masada Private you will maintain and implement quality systems in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. You will have a commitment to continuous improvement, risk minimisation and successful delivery of outcomes. - Every day you will work with stakeholders to achieve excellence in Theatre care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements. **About You** To succeed in this role you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior clinical management role, with a background in Perioperative Services essential. You will be a highly organised professional with the ability to provide operational, clinical expertise to monitor and drive successful patient outcomes. You will be a strong collaborator with the capacity to engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders, and contribute to the commercial direction and growth of the department. **You will also bring;** - Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. - A graduate certificate/diploma in Perioperative Nursing will be highly regarded, though not essential. - Theatre specialties **About us** Masada Private Hospital is a fully accredited 105 bed acute medical, surgical facility with specialised dermatology, early parenting and rehabilitation services.
