**Perioperative Services Manager** **Permanent Full-Time** **Masada Private hospital** - **Flexible Leave Program**: purchase additional annual leave - Free access to permanent employees 18,000 upskilling courses via a **LinkedIn learning subscription**: - Ramsay employees and their families are eligible for a **fitness passport** **The Opportunity** - Working closely with the highly professional Theatre Management team and Executive team, you will help shape organisational strategy, continue to strengthen VMO relationships and improve procedural service provision to achieve departmental and hospital strategic objectives. - You will be responsible for the management and staff direction across our 4 Operating Theatres, Day surgery unit and CSSD. As part of the health care team at Masada Private you will maintain and implement quality systems in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. You will have a commitment to continuous improvement, risk minimisation and successful delivery of outcomes. - Every day you will work with stakeholders to achieve excellence in Theatre care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements. **About You** To succeed in this role you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior clinical management role, with a background in Perioperative Services essential. You will be a highly organised professional with the ability to provide operational, clinical expertise to monitor and drive successful patient outcomes. You will be a strong collaborator with the capacity to engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders, and contribute to the commercial direction and growth of the department. **You will also bring;** - Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. - A graduate certificate/diploma in Perioperative Nursing will be highly regarded, though not essential. - Theatre specialties **About us** Masada Private Hospital is a fully accredited 105 bed acute medical, surgical facility with specialised dermatology, early parenting and rehabilitation services. In this role you will be joining our passionate theatre team providing care to patients undergoing Anaesthesia for their procedures.
