- **Full Time, ongoing position with monthly Accrued Days Off (ADO)
- The Perioperative Services department at the Royal Melbourne Hospital oversees the patient's journey through surgery. Starting with admission, flowing through the main theatres and recovery as well as supporting functions such as CSSD.
- We are a busy hospital performing over 20,000 procedures a year with 16 main theatres and 3 Day Procedure Rooms and are a major trauma hospital for Melbourne.

**Your new role**:

- A unique position providing onsite clerical support to Main Operating Suites, Day Procedure Unit, Day of Surgery Admissions and the Central Sterile Supply Department
- The main duties for this role include clerical support to the staff particular the leadership team and on occasions reception duties
- Be involved in the implementation of the Electronic Equipment Tracking Solution and other projects within the department
- To be successful you must be self-driven and adaptable to the needs of the department on the day as well as have a quality patient focus. Above all you must be a team player For more detail please read the attached Position Description.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a similar role supporting leadership teams and administration tasks
- Think that you will be comfortable in an Operating Theatre environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, knowledge of computer hardware and other devices
- A master communicator who is service driven to deliver great patient outcomes
