**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities
- Teaching HR
- Whole school PD & TRS

Carry out a range of duties as directed, including but not limited to the following:

- Manage daily teaching & PGD supervisions for absent teachers including oversee TRS budget.
- Oversee team of exam supervisors (Supply Teachers and Teacher Aides) and exam timetable.
- Assist Deputy Principal with all student reporting requirements.
- Administer Professional Development registrations (including conferences) for all teaching and non-teaching staff including organising travel arrangements.
- Assist Head of Department with Staff Handbook, Supply Handbook and induction requirements for all new staff.
- Submit appointment forms and roster variations.
- Manage weekly TRS claims via claims portal.
- Oversee annual mandatory training for teachers.
- Lodge TRS and leave schedules for teachers weekly.
- Assist Rehabilitation Deputy Principal with data entry in MyHR and queries from regional office.

**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:

- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
