In the role of Executive Services Officer you will provide effective and timely administrative support to the Executive Leadership, and administration support to enable the delivery of branch priorities.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Provide an efficient, professional and confidential support service to Executive Leadership.
- Maintain appointment diaries, arrange meetings, conference and travel bookings, prepare associated papers for such appointments and functions, and arrange preparation of briefing material when necessary.
- Support Executive Leadership through timely preparation of travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and claims, utilising effective time management.
- Maintain effective communications with the offices of the Minister, Director-General, Deputy Director-General, General Manager, Divisions, Leadership Team members and other key stakeholders.
- Be a motivated, enthusiastic and supportive team member.
- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.
This position reports to the Advisor, Executive Directorate and has no direct reports.
