**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager - QLD, your role will be to manage and support existing customers within the **Wholesale channel.**
Key accountabilities include:
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with Wholesalers
- Maintain close contact with nominated Wholesalers to assist in growing breadth of NHP products within their branches, whilst also creating a strong NHP branding presence
- Facilitate and coordinate all activities associated with Wholesale project related work
- Ensure CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities and current information on Wholesaler contact details and opportunity pipeline
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to assist and further develop sales target levels
- Manage and facilitate all Wholesaler training and promotional events (ie. Trade days)
**Purely WHOLESALE Working with over 25+ Wholesale Accounts.**
Technical training & support provided.
**Ideally you will have / be**:
- A dynamic & adaptive person who is passionate about what we do and has the willingness and capability to ‘get their head around’ the Technical side of the role
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’, ‘read a room’ & translate needs into business solutions
- An outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships, who is able to build rapport quickly
- Effective time management & organizational skills
- A passion to succeed in the role
- Personable with a ‘go with the flow’ attitude, who genuinely enjoys working with a range of different customers
