**about the role**:
We are looking for a driven People and Culture Business Partner to join our team, working from Molendinar, QLD. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring the company is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
- Successfully leading and directing all aspects of the People and Culture Team including the successful execution of the People and Culture Strategy
- Ensuring the company presents a strong and healthy culture across all locations
- Successfully driving internal processes such as performance reviews, training and development, team building, cultural initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, team engagement, payroll and recruitment
- Coaching and mentoring managers on people management, employee relationships, development of personal development plans etc
- Policy, system and process development and improvement
- Conducting of Annual Culture Audits to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from our team
- Management of the People and Culture Team
- **qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong understanding of the importance of culture in the workplace
- Good understanding of people management and culture development and how this is executed in the workplace
- Ability to effectively lead a team and successfully drive various initiatives
- Ability to uphold and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to act with respect, honor and integrity
