Early Learning Management (ELM) is looking for a full-time Procedural Analyst who will help us improve how we work. You’ll partner with senior leadership across Development, Operations, Finance & Client Engagement to evaluate, design, document, and embed efficient workflows and systems. This role is all about analysis, continuous improvement, and helping ELM deliver consistent, scalable operations as we grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, evaluate, and document existing workflows and procedures across Development, Operations, Finance, and Client Onboarding to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Map onboarding and hypercare processes, making recommendations to senior leadership for process standardisation and efficiency.
- Monitor client feedback, risk data (e.g. RAG models), and operational performance to identify systemic issues and propose solutions.
- Assist with implementing approved process improvements, including creating documentation, training teams on new workflows, and ensuring consistent adoption.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (COO, CDO, Finance, Operations) to ensure changes are aligned with business priorities and scalable for growth.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Minimum ~2 years related experience in roles involving workflow/process analysis, organisational improvement, systems evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, workflow charts, job descriptions, reports etc., and translate into actionable process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication—you need to explain findings, write procedure documents, share recommendations.
- Proficiency with tools for project/workflow management (e.g. Asana, Google Workspace) and ability to use them analytically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage change.
**What We’re Looking For**: _(Nice to Haves)_
- Formal training or certification in process improvement, change management, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience with process mapping tools or system-documentation migrations.
- Experience in client risk tracking and operational improvements in a service or management context.
