We are seeking a driven and professional **Assistant to the Licensee in Charge** to support daily commercial operations and build a long-term career in the industry.This is a fantastic opportunity to be mentored directly by the Licensee in Charge and work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Licensee with daily operations, appointments, and team coordination
- Assist with commercial sales and leasing administration
- Prepare documentation including agency agreements, marketing materials, and contracts
- Maintain CRM and listing data across portals and internal systems
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and commercial clients
- Conduct property research and due diligence reports
- Coordinate property inspections and open for inspections

**Requirements**:

- NSW **Assistant Agent** **Certificate of Registration** or higher (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM familiarity preferred)
- A current NSW driver’s license and reliable transport
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for real estate

Pay: $46,460.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:
