Human Resources Manager

Ablepoint is seeking an experienced **Human Resources Manager** to lead and optimize our HR operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning HR strategies with our mission to support individuals through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Your expertise will ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional care and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Ablepoint’s objectives and the needs of the NDIS framework.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a skilled and compassionate workforce.
- Support current and future business needs through strategic development, engagement, and preservation of human capital.
- Establish and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Maintain the pay structure and benefits program to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
- Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Generate HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making for management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive, preferably within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with NDIS standards and compliance requirements is **essential**.
- Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Demonstrable experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, Dayforce, or Kronos.
- Ability to architect and implement strategies, coupled with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a mission-driven environment.
