About the Role
As the Applications Consultant you will be reporting to the FM Applications Manager for the ICT Service at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the FM Applications service exceeds defines service levels and activities are undertaken in accordance with the ITIL service management framework.

About You

**To be successful in this role you will**:
Have the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Promote a culture of customer excellence within the FM Applications team whilst ensuring contractual KPI’s with customers are met
Have an understanding of SQL databases, including basic queries and high-level database administration Have experience working within an ITIL based environment, with a strong change management culture Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands Demonstrated experience working within a customer orientated environment.

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
