**St John of God Murdoch Hospital** is the premium private hospital south of the river in Perth. All supported by a full complement of clinical support services; our Emergency Department provides a comprehensive, consultant-delivered emergency service to adults and children.

**St John of God Murdoch Hospita**l Emergency Department provides a comprehensive, consultant-delivered emergency service to adults and children. We have opportunities for suitably qualified and experienced
- **Emergency Medicine Consultants** and
- **Senior Emergency Medicine Registrars** to join a supportive team who are committed in providing high quality clinical management to ED patients.

**Training and Education for Senior Registrars**:

- Unique and bespoke training experience directed at senior trainees in emergency medicine
- Weekly paid and protected education time.
- Excellent programme for fellowship examination preparation, led by A/Professor Steve Dunjey(A/Prof Dunjey is a senior ACEM examiner) and Dr Nadine Huddle our DEMT
- Fellowship programme tailored to the needs of individual trainees with great success over a sustained period of time.
- Accredited for 12 months training as a Private ED by the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine
- Immediate point of contact with Consultants committed in providing high quality clinical management to ED patients.
- Registrars have an opportunity for more independent practice and leadership, but with the support and mentorship from working directly alongside senior emergency physicians.

- Registered or eligible for General registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated substantial clinical experience in the management of high acuity patients in a complex hospital environment.
- Satisfactorily addressed the Selection Criteria applicable to the desired position
