**_About the role _**

A world leader in sterilization equipment and infection control products for the hospital, medical and scientific industries are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their successful team, based in Alphington. This will be a temporary position with 1 - 4 months work. Hours are 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

**_ Duties and responsibilities _**
- Data entry and Administration
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Resolving customer enquiries and issues
- Assisting other members of team when required
- Ensure effective time management is undertaken to complete all daily tasks.

**_Skills and experience_**
- Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
- Capable and prepared to follow given instructions, procedures, and policies
- Experience using Excel and Microsoft programs
