We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the 3 eastern seaboard states.- Here at Ingenia, you can enjoy working within an organisation that genuinely cares for its people and is committed to creating communities where our residents and visitors can truly belong.**About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic Relief Manager to provide operational support across our Rental Communities in Brisbane with occasional relief management support at our sites in Victoria & NSW. **_ This is a role will require you to have your own vehicle when travelling across sites in Brisbane. Car allowance provided._** **_Travel, accommodation and food allowance is provided for any interstate travel._** This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to move into a full-time long-term career as a Community Manager. You will be offered ongoing support and development opportunities as our portfolio of communities continues to grow **Key Accountabilities** - Ensure the Community is always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice and/or as directed by management - Ensure the Community is presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning / upkeep and Community building/kitchen cleanliness and compliance - Manage staff, residents and visitors who attend the Community - Conduct and report on site audits (including kitchen) to ensure the appropriate standards are being maintained - Provide support to residents by ensuring their health and wellbeing is a key focus - Actively strive to increase occupancy in line with budgets - Engage key community contacts to promote the Community and drive business outcomes. - Support the resident community in the delivery of resident-initiated social groups and events **About You** - Current "C" class drivers’ licence (site dependent) - Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices - Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues - Ability to respond well to emergency situations - Confident and proficient at reasoning with people - Ability to work without supervision and problem solve **Culture and Benefits
