About the Role

Ready to take the next step in your career? This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Village or Park Manager to step into a relief leadership position.

As a Relief Village Manager, you'll provide short- and medium-term operational coverage across Eureka's national village network, ensuring continuity, compliance, and a consistent resident experience during periods of transition, leave, or staff absence. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travel, and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence.

  • Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth functioning of services and facilities.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement

About You

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
  • Real Estate Qualifications and Licence (QLD)
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
