Hybrid working Model - On completion of Training - 2 Days in the Office / 3 days WFH

**Key Responsibilities**

Take a leadership position under cover of continual improvement both personally and professionally.

Provide Customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery lead time for non-stock items, some T&L experience is highly desirable but not mandatory

Creatively solve problems and overcome day to day challenges

Maintaining Customer Back Orders

Daily Filing of documents, Quotes, Completed Jobs and/or Back Orders

Add value to the team and our partners

**Skills**

Strong and demonstrable administration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work

High level of Accuracy and attention to detail

Able to plan, manage & achieve set targets and goals

Pro-active and with a positive mindset

Keen aptitude for sales, business and technology is desirable

Ideally IT Background / IT Industry

**Experience**

At least 1 to 2 years of relevant sales administrative experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient understanding and use of MS Office Suite, D365, Cisco knowledge Highly desirable

Experience with stock/inventory management and systems well regarded

Experience in customer service and / or sales an advantage
