Our family-owned and operated business designs, manufacturers and distributes product throughout Australiana and New Zealand and employs over 100 people.

**The Opportunity**

A newly created role of Sales Administration Manager has become available for an experienced administrator to support the National Sales Team, by working with them to complete essential tasks in a timely manner and enabling them to concentrate on their in-field productivity. You will be accustomed to multitasking and will be the backbone of the business.

**Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Providing administration support to the National Sales Manager.
- Create sales dashboards -provide graphical interfaces to evaluate sales data around reporting of key KPI’s.
- Timely and accurate completion of monthly reports.
- Maintain field effectiveness using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Provide CRM coaching to team members.
- Oversee the onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain training manuals.
- Take Initiative and work independently.

**To ensure success in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar field sales role and sales administration position.
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work in a self-governing manner.
- Have advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI basics)
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- BRISBANE AIRPORT, QLD 4008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
