We are Looking for experienced _Receptionist_ with a desire to make a difference.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist, looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Tuggerah.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true expert of Reception in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Assist with a variety of administration functions, as directed by the Manager.
- Act as the communication link between the organisation and clients, carers, employees and the healthcare network.
- Confident and competent with the operation of myHomecare’s administration.
- Receive and respond to all incoming calls and office guests.
- Ensure calls and enquiries are directed to the appropriate internal contact points providing customer service.
- Escalate client complaints appropriately with the aim to resolve in a professional and timely manner.
- Be aware of team and company goals and targets to ensure actions contributing towards achieving them.
- Act as a brand ambassador for myHomecare by actively promoting the organisation and its services to clients and representatives.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Certificate III in Business (or similar) (desirable).
- Proven experience in an administration and reception role.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
