API currently has a new and exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team at our Camberwell Support Office. Reporting to the System Optimisation Manger, this role is responsible for proactively monitoring business performance, conducting an in-depth analysis of improvement opportunities, and influencing cross-functionally to deliver value across Supply Chain

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support and embrace the establishment of Inventory Team principles
- On time completion of performance & development cycles
- Support the execution of OE initiatives by conducting Business analysis activities and generation of analytical insights
- Support formulation of business cases for various Supply Chain initiatives
- Provide financial benefit assessment
- System testing and validation activities
- Benefit calculation and realisation tracking
- Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and key insights
- Facilitate Supply Chain KPI review meetings
- Ongoing review of KPI metrics to understand drivers, to improve working capital and service outcomes
- Present information and recommendations using data visualisation methodologies and techniques
- Own budget process for Supply Chain (closing stock, labour, costs, volume - inbound and outbound):

- Budget preparation- Strategy plan preparation
- Forecast preparation
- Conduct Supply Chain modelling to support robust decision-making within the Supply Chain team

**About you**:
- Financial Acumen
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong domain knowledge of supply chain - supply and demand planning, DC, and retail operations
- Proven ability to accurately diagnose business problems/opportunities based on data
- Ability to translate complex technical and/or statistical analysis into plain English
- The ability to effectively prioritise and action key factors which are having the most negative impact on business
- Excellent stakeholder skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Superior Excel and data visualisation skills
- VBA highly regarded
- MicroStrategy or Power BI highly regarded

**Education/Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, or business management
