**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Seek clear understanding of all Supply Planning related deliverables and technical skills to enable opportunities to educate the Purchasing team and implement best practice that enables effective and sustainable problem resolution
- Work with the category team to help coordinate activities required for investment purchases for the Category Team
- Involvement in business improvements as identified
- Ensure a high level of customer service to all stakeholders within the business
- Present view of stock position to Suppliers addressing unhealthy stock with both the Supplier and buying team to determine actions required
- Work with Suppliers on clear and measurable action plans to address supply issues and compliance to API processes/policies
- Implement clear communication plan to key API functions around Supplier constrained supply with agreed action plans across the key functions
- Be the point of contact for Supplier related service performance working with internal functions as required to understand and propose sustainable processes and measures
- Foster collaboration and information sharing within team and cross functionally

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related discipline that involves the development of strong numeracy skills
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, replenishment or customer service within a FMCG, pharmaceutical or retail environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, analysis, quantification, ordering and replenishment processes
- High sense of accountability and a passion for process improvement
- The ability to effectively prioritise and action key factors which are having the most negative impact on business
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to influence others to ensure that inventory productivity and financial performance are the focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to forge relationships across all levels of a business
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with sound attention to detail
- Comfortable making quick, fact-based decisions
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel; Word; PowerPoint; and Outlook
