Sales Representative

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Guide strategic account planning and ensure strong customer relationships, engagement, and retention across the QLD and NT regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Build and maintain partnerships with key senior stakeholders expand Arcomed's reach.
- Territory planning, structured calling systems, direct selling to HealthCare personnel.
- Developing new business, market research, organising trials of new products.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales performance and report on market trends.
- Conducting trials & demos of capital equipment
- Supporting existing and new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the HealthCare industry selling capital equipment.
- Ability to identify opportunities, close deals and drive revenue.
- HSC, tertiary qualifications
- preferably in a medical/ nursing/ scientific field.
- Established industry contacts with the ability to leverage existing relationships for business growth.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team focus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
