We are seeking 2 full time qualified Lead Educator

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Lead Educator

Coordinate the learning activities for your allocated group of children

Provide supervision to Assistants/Educators in your room

Maintain effective communication with the parents of each child

Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs

Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment

Maintain positive working relationships with team members

Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Be a positive and an active team member.

To complete all duties as per job description.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Holding a Diploma in Children’s Services

A current Working with Children Check

A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Current Full First Aid

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dedication to developing the future of children

The enthusiasm to be proactive in implementing curriculum with a friendly and energetic demeanor.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
