Hourly Rate: $33.05 - $37.59 (based on experience)

About Our Centre:
Located in the heart of Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast, our beautiful 98-place centre is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination and learning. With a strong school readiness program, purpose-built indoor spaces, and engaging outdoor playgrounds (think sandpits, bike tracks, a yarning circle, and veggie garden), this is a place where both children and educators love to grow.
What You’ll Bring to the Hive:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid Certificate with asthma and anaphylaxis training
A passion for inspiring young minds and leading a team
A solid understanding of EYLF and NQS
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience as a Lead Educator (or ready to step up into the role)
