Join icon fashion house Aje as an Inventory Lead at our new Aje Harbourtown store - led by Regional Manager Jasmine. **About this opportunity**: Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for: Customer Service Providing impeccable customer service to all customers Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product. Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system **Inventory Management**: Actioning and managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects and Ship from store transactions in a timely manner Receive, inspect and unpack all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delays Process damaged stock on a timely basis according to company guidelines Accepting new deliveries and ensuring stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct labels attached Managing fortnightly stock rotation from 'home" back room to offsite (If the home has an offsite) Reporting, investigating and managing stock discrepancies efficiently Work with management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock to ensure trending items can be accessed in a timely manner Ensuring product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock position for functionality **You will have**: Inventory and customer focused Methodical Lead by example by always acting professionally Knows, accepts, and follows all policies and procedures Practices and encourages teamwork in all capacities Assists in training and coaching team members Support and coordinate the opening and closing of the store Supporting the management team and being a senior lead to your direct reports Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique Ability to lift up to 16kg Visual Merchandising Experience What do we offer?
