What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certification (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Confident and inspiring leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to create, implement, and evaluate engaging programs
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader
  • Inclusive practices for children with additional needs
  • Proficiency with planning and documentation software
  • Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
