TEN Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Accounts person with AP & AR experience to join a well established residential construction company in the Eastern Suburbs. The position oversees the day to day accounts of the business working within a team.

The company are an established and successful residential construction company deliver a wide range luxury single and double storey homes.

This is a full time permanent role based in the Perth office. Your teams responsibilities would include:

- Raise and document all progress claims.
- Coding and reconciling supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies
- Purchase orders.
- Payment runs and remittances.
- Reimbursing expenses.
- Debtor invoice.
- Reconciliations (bank, credit card).
- Liaise with External Accountants to allow for the preparation of end of year financials.

You will have:

- Accounts experience, ideally a senior accounts/ team lead role, or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience working for a construction company would be viewed favourably.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage own time well.
- Ideally have knowledge of Databuild software
