The Opportunity

  • Enter and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) data
  • Ensure supplier invoices align with purchase orders
  • Record and reconcile invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in credit card statements
  • Assistance with general admin and other accounts functions where required

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience working for a residential builder, commercial builder, or building supplier
  • Candidates specialising individually in AP or AR are considered
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and remain solutions-focused
