**BGIS **is seeking expressions of interest for a highly motivated **Facilities Supervisor **to join our team for a six-month secondment in **Osborne, Adelaide **. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative facilities management environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any facilities-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.**
