**About the role**

Seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven mining professional as our new Supervisor Mining. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who excels in building teams and embraces a strong safety culture.

A vital part of our team, you will report directly to the Mining Superintendent in the exciting field of lithium hard rock mining. This challenging role demands a blend of expertise in mining operations and leadership acumen. Operating on a 7 Days On, 7 Nights On, 14 Days Off roster, you will be based at our Mount Marion site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring work is delivered according to schedules and mine plans
- Monitor and evaluate the skills and performance of crews, providing necessary training, mentoring, and coaching
- Review plans, performance, and reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes, and procedures for standardised work management
- Lead a positive and engaged safety culture; ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and safety requirements in all maintenance activities

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous Supervisory experience within Mining, and ideally exposure to hard rock operations
- Quarry Manager (QM) ticket is highly regarded
- Highly developed communication
- Significant demonstrated leadership which supports a high-performance culture
- Demonstrated working knowledge of mine safety procedures and regulations
