Commercial Cleaner

ACS Indigenous was established by recently retired champion AFL First Nations footballer, Shaun Burgoyne as part of the vision for a better, more inclusive future for our community. Shaun’s focus is to create new employment and career opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islanders.

**The Role**:
ACS Indigenous have become a proud new partner and we have recently been engaged to provide services to the Osborne site on Kaurna Country. We are seeking full-time cleaners, open to all people of any age, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.

**Shift Hours/Days are**:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Permanent Full Time

Cleaners: Minimum 2

**Site**:Veitch Road, Osborne, SA 5017.

**The tasks required in this role include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare surfaces ensuring they are immaculately cleaned prior to being painted.
- Ensure all rooms are left in an immaculate condition after a treatment is applied by the Company Team.
- Clean up paint sanding and paint by-products as the paint technicians move through the assets.
- General cleaning of the facilities as directed by the onsite Company Supervisors

**To be considered for this role**:

- You MUST have a current **National Police Check** as it's a mandatory requirement for the position.
- You MUST have a current **White Card** as it's a mandatory requirement for the position.
- You MUST have a current **Pre - work Health Check** as it's a mandatory requirement for the position.
- You ideally will live close to the site or have your own vehicle to guarantee being on site at 6:00 a.m.
- You MUST be entitled to work 40 hours per week. (No hours restrictions).
- Be able to follow the instructions of a Client Services Manager and onsite Supervisor.
- Adhere to all ACS Indigenous and Eptec’s HSEQ requirements.
- Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Sound communication skills.
