**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Gym Manager, this position is a key leadership role within the Next Level Corporate Gym Facility. This position will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. This will include but is not limited to:

- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the fitness centre by setting and upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall facility.
- Lead the team, provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure overall team success. Coordinate with team members to develop and manage staff rosters to always ensure adequate coverage.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for gym growth and member satisfaction. Including fitness challenge coordination to engage members and boost motivation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the facility.

**About you**
- Certificate III and IV in fitness or equivalent
- Current CPR/ AED/ Provide First Aid
- Current Working with Children Check
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field - desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing a fitness centre.
- Demonstrated experience in developing individual and group training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in using fitness centre management software platforms.
