Property Marketing Executive

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Property Marketing Executive to join the Lendlease Community Residential team based in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full time, permanent position.

In this fantastic role, you will support the Property Marketing Managers to manage and deliver all aspects of the community marketing objectives and marketing plans. This includes tactical marketing implementation including brand development and positioning, lead generation / nurturing, digital programs, launch to market and asset management.

You will also assist in the delivery of marketing collateral, sales environments, and tools, on and offline promotional planning and execution, events and data analysis, administrative tasks and complying with Lendlease’s operating policies and processes.

Your duties as Property Marketing Executive will involve you managing internal and external teams and suppliers to deliver marketing material and assets. You’ll be busy with multi-tasking across several projects, assets and stakeholders.

**You will bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
- Several years in a marketing role preferably in a residential communities’ development environment or agency side with relevant property experience.
- Experience in developing and managing a broad range of integrated advertising and sales campaigns.
- Experience in development of a broad range of marketing collateral and tools.
- Experience in marketing administration
