Signature Roofing & Guttering is a fast growing, family owned, and operated construction lifestyle business based in Coolum Beach. A position in our office has become available and we are searching for a friendly, professional, competent individual to join our team. The applicant will work alongside our current accounts receivable team.

Responsibilities included in this role are as follows:

- Matching, coding, processing, and scheduling payment of invoices;
- Liaising with external sub-contractors, external suppliers, management and accounts receivable team;
- Liaising with operational team on AP and Purchase Order issues;
- Co-ordination and maintenance of sub-contractor compliance records;
Previous accounts payable experience is preferred. In order to be successful in the role it is essential that you:

- Are a professional and confident communicator;
- Have exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills;
- Have previous experience with Xero Accounting Software or similar;
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Show the ability and willingness to learn new software programs;
- Hold a current drivers licence with reliable transport;
The successful applicant will ideally be in the office five days a week Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm, however, we are open to providing flexible working hours for the right applicant.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
