About us:
Neuro Junction is an allied health practice consisting of physiotherapists and occupational therapists who work both in our clinic at Palm Beach and in the wider Gold Coast and Tweed Coast communities. We have an absolute passion for helping others. Our practice has been established for 17 years and has grown from a one person band into a thriving small business. About the role:
- Full time with flexible working hours and opportunity for some work hours from home
- Any tasks required to ensure smooth running of office admin working under the practice director
- Xero accounts reconciliation, receivables, payables, payroll
- Working with our practice management software (training will be provided)
- General admin duties
- Coordinate marketing tasks
- Website updates and admin
- Designing and development of business procedures
- Reception relief
About you:
- You are a problem solver with initiative who sees opportunities and makes the most of them
- You enjoy following systems, seeing areas of improvement and implementing new ideas
- You have demonstrated experience using Xero
- You possess a great attention to detail and accuracy
- You have the ability to prioritise and delegate work as required
- You have intermediate skills with word, excel and power point (Mac knowledge will also be highly regarded)
- You have previous experience in an accounts and/or administration role
- You possess a high level of customer service and enjoy working with a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
