**How you contribute**
- Opportunity for a passionate Learning and Development professional to join our People Team to assess, create, and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives within our organisation. This role will see you become the specialist in this space and support bringing together a culture of learning.

**Here's what we need**:

- Work closely with the Head of People to understand and map the organisation’s capability requirements, identify gaps and select appropriate solutions to deliver business outcomes.
- Provide services covering specific areas of learning and organisational development, including training needs analysis, training delivery and other services.
- Establish and support clear career development pathways aligned with the employee journey from onboarding to exit.
- Work with business leaders and relevant team members to develop and implement engaging training solutions, policies, and practices to meet organisational objectives.
- Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs, policies, and practices against organisational objectives.
- Conduct research to determine appropriate and necessary content and mode of delivery for key learning and development programs.
- Research, select and manage the relationship with appropriate external training partners.
- Be accountable for the governance, ongoing development and delivery of core training programs.

**How you’ll succeed**:

- Understanding of and experience working with learning and competency frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement and embed high quality training solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective workshop and blended learning programs/content.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to maintain relationships and networks to support the design, structure and enhancement of training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent industry qualification.
