**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. This is your opportunity to step into the L&D space as our Specialist, where you will be responsible for delivering process training to our sales teams both here in Australia and in North America to help them achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and building engaging training pathways, and content that will keep our sales team motivated and excited to learn whilst keeping our training platform organised and up-to-date so it's always easy to use. Due to our geographical expansion, you will be required to deliver training in person and via a virtual format for our interstate and overseas sales teams.

What makes this position even more exciting is the opportunity to work closely with our talented and passionate Head of L&D, who comes with over a decade worth of experience facilitating for large global companies to coach and support team members to help them achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Onboarding new Scouties for sales teams
- Sales training
- Ongoing learning and development planning and content creation
- Facilitate engaging training sessions in a classroom and virtual environment
- Ensure the learning platform is up-to-date, engaging and easy to navigate

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and your enthusiastic and engaging nature allows you to hold the attention of a room regardless of in person or virtually. Your success in this role comes from your passion for sales and learning and a desire to make a real impact. You are familiar with LMS and thrive in rolling up your sleeves to get hands-on with content creation for the delivery of process training to our sales team, with the proven ability to build learning pathways for career development.

Your curious mind and problem-solving skills mean you enjoy exploring and learning to identify opportunities and provide support for our L&D platform for improvement and ease of use. You pride yourself on your high attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Sales background is a plus but not a must-have
- Experience in LMS, highly desirable
- Experience in L&D facilitation
- Excellent communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Passion for learning and development
- Passion for growing skill sets and capabilities
