Opportunity to work for a highly successful global organisation in an Office Coordinator/Receptionist role. They are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Provide general administrative support to the office

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and office management tools.
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
