At Madison, our culture is the heart and mind of who we are and champions how we interact with each other, our customers and suppliers. It’s why we’ve been awarded Employer of Choice for the last three years in a row, creating an environment that is inclusive, friendly, agile and collaborative.

We’re lucky enough to have lunch provided daily by our inhouse cook. With birthday leave and additional annual leave days, you can expect to work for a company who values its people and celebrates success.

This is a rare opportunity for a leader to be the CFO in a business that is on the move, with ambitious growth plans that are well funded by its owners. The role is varied and rewarding, both in terms of the range of businesses in the Group (from established to early stage), the global brands we partner with, and the investment underway in continuous improvement, growth projects and acquisitions.

What we are looking for

You will be a proven strategist who has experience in partnering with business leaders during a significant growth phase. You’ll be collaborative in your approach, a strong influencer and someone who draws respect from peers, Board members and other business partners.
