**Role & Responsibility**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and analytically minded Finance Business Partner to join the team that will see you shaping commercial decisions and having a meaningful impact on the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will have responsibilities including:

- End of month reporting within deadlines at a high degree of accuracy
- Performance management including reporting of sales and GP results, project accounting and quarterly forecasts
- Support the team in ERP migrations within set deadlines
- Improve end of month reporting deadlines and processes
- Analyse data to identify improvements in revenue, cash flow and cost reduction
- Mentor junior team members

**Profile**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:

- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience working in a complex or private equity backed environment
- Financial modelling experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is essential
- Strategic and commercial mindset
