As part of this continued growth we are currently seeking a
**Finance Business Partner - Specialised Revenue** to join our team here in St Leonards(moving to sydney CBD in July). This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark upon a transformational journey We are seeking an individual to assist us in meeting the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Business Intelligence - Pathology, this is a permanent business partnering role for financial support across Pathology’s two specialised revenue streams (Genomics & Veterinary) as well as the National Business Development team to facilitate reporting and analysis of financial results, metrics and commercial deals.

The Finance Business Partner - Specialised Revenue will be an integral part of National Finance Team whilst working in conjunction with key stakeholders in Genomics, Veterinary and Business Development.

**Other key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to;**
- Monthly P&L reporting for the genomics and veterinary businesses on both a national and state based level
- Revenue and expense analysis across genomics and veterinary including test volumes, pricing, market share and major cost drivers
- Development of dashboard reporting on key genomics and veterinary metrics
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling monthly forecasts for national genomics and veterinary businesses
- Calculation of monthly rebates for key national veterinary deals
- Quarterly review of key veterinary customer groups to deliver financial insights
- Monthly profitability analysis of key genomic tests & national commercial deals
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop business case for capital expenditure/projects associated with Pathology’s specialised revenue streams including assessment of financial viability (e.g. NPV, ROIC, etc
- Development of the finance analyst who reports directly to this role

**To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include**:

- At least 3 years’ experience post qualification ideally in a commercial environment
- Prior experience in a business partnering role is highly desirable
- Financial auditing experience a plus
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and development of finance / business process SOPs
- Strong systems skills (essential: SAP, Excel; highly desirable: TM1 and Power BI)
